A neglected 30-year-old modular home meticulously transformed into a luxurious vacation getaway.

This home was purchased to be both a personal vacation home as well as an investment property. A complete deconstruction to the studs was needed, including new sub-flooring and extensive upgrades to all core systems – HVAC, electrical, water heater, and plumbing were entirely replaced.

The exterior received professional power washing, complete roof repairs, fresh sod installation, and manicured landscaping with new mulch. These finishing touches ensured the property was impeccably prepared for its first three-month seasonal rental, establishing it as both a coveted vacation retreat and a lucrative investment asset.

The interior layout was redefined by removing a wall between the kitchen and living room to create an expansive open-plan space, and a former three-season porch was seamlessly integrated into a spacious den. Redesigned bathrooms, designer cabinetry, and high-end fixtures, completed the interior metamorphosis and created an opulent coastal escape.
